We’ve lined up powerful speakers, hands-on training, and real-world strategies that every agent can use immediately.


📅 January 21 – Karen Graham, America’s Preferred Home Warranty

Karen Graham, Area Sales Manager with America’s Preferred Home Warranty (APHW), will be joining us to explain how home warranties can protect both buyers and sellers—and how Realtors can use them as a powerful closing and relationship-building tool.

APHW is known for its “choose your own contractor” model, giving homeowners flexibility while keeping claims simple. Karen will walk through:

  • How warranties help reduce post-closing stress

  • How Realtors can use warranties to stand out

  • How to position home warranties as a value-add for clients


📅 January 24 – Goal Setting with Ryan D’Aprile

Success in 2026 starts with a plan. Ryan D’Aprile will lead a dynamic session on setting and achieving meaningful goals—for both you and your clients.

You’ll learn:

  • How to set realistic, growth-driven goals

  • How to align your business with your clients’ needs

  • How to build consistency and accountability into your year


📅 February 4 – MRED Paragon Training

Technology matters. This hands-on training will focus on the MRED Paragon platform, showing you how to:

  • Find properties faster

  • Create better searches for clients

  • Use MLS tools to win more listings and close more deals


📅 February 11 – On Target Inspections

Knowing how to prepare your clients for a home inspection can make or break a deal. On Target Inspections will walk Realtors through:

  • What buyers and sellers should expect

  • How to reduce fear and confusion

  • How to avoid surprises that derail transactions


📅 March 4 – Dave Johnson, Fidelity National Title

We’re excited to welcome Dave Johnson, VP/Area Manager of Fidelity National Title, who will be presenting on Understanding the Closing Statement.

This session will help Realtors:

  • Clearly explain settlement statements to buyers and sellers

  • Understand where every dollar goes in a transaction

  • Prevent last-minute surprises at the closing table

  • Build confidence and credibility with clients

Knowing how to read and explain a closing statement is one of the most powerful tools a Realtor can have—and Dave will break it down in a way that’s easy to understand and immediately useful.
