In the shower area Durock concrete wall panels were used. We applied two coats of water moisture barrier sealant over the entire shower area. The rest of the bathroom walls we primed with waterproof primer over the entire wall areas. 16. Exterior door installations: front door, rear door and patio door had all wood members primed and spray window and door insulation was used in between the gaps. 17. Windows and doors were flashed accordingly. 18. Roto rooter corporation came out and cleared out the lines from the shower out, from the kitchen sink out, from the laundry tub out. 19. Flooring: Waterproof Laminate Flooring throughout installed. 20. Ceramic Tile: Ceramic Tile Work on the Floors and Walls of the Bathroom. 21. The asphalt shingle roof was inspected by a professional roofer and is approximately 12 years old and should have another life expectancy of 10 to 12 years. 22. New aluminum downspouts are to be installed. 23. Shower Valve: ADA shower valve height. 24. Shower Base: Low profile shower base that could be used for ADA type applications. 25. Eco Smart Digital Thermostat system that can control HVAC from your smart phone. 26. Dehumidifier was installed along with the new HVAC system. 27. Maintenance free vinyl exterior trim work. 28. Painting: interior Doors, Walls, Door Trim, Window Trim had 1 coat primer, 2 coats paint. 29. Gutters: we installed mesh screens for no leaves to clog the gutters and down spouts. 30. Power Washing of Exterior to be done prior to sale. 31. Shed: was gone over with wood members, primer and paint. 32. Door Locks: all doors have new locks installed. 33. Closet Doors: in bedroom and hallway are new mirrored sliding doors. 34. Security Cameras that can be controlled and viewed from your smart phone. 35.This home is still under final renovation. 36.
